Pricing

My pricing is rather straight forward.  The first hour bills out at $125.00, but any sub-sequent hours bill out at $79.00/hr.   I'll certainly provide you with an estimate once I've had an opportunity to assess the project first hand. Of course materials are added to the final bill, but I'll never add any additional fees for purchasing materials (e.g. mark ups from hardware stores, delivery/pick up fees, etc.)
 

With remodeling or building projects, pricing is certainly submitted into a contract.
